Why old buildings
A period tenement isn't a new build. So we don't treat it like one.
Žižkov and Vinohrady are largely turn-of-the-century buildings — galleried courtyards, deep light wells, vaulted cellars and corridors where the new-build "just run a riser" approach leads nowhere. We get fibre in differently.
